Hi,
We need legal service to review our Information Technology (IT) contracts. These contracts are related to IT products and IT services which we enter into an agreement with our clients. These need to be thoroughly reviewed in accordance with the country laws in India. Needless to sat, our firm is based out of India.
This is a monthly Job and there will be 2 to 3 contracts to review each month. Initially this is for one month and we will extend this for subsequent months if the work is satisfactory.
These people should have experience in this sector. Kindly mention about your previous work related to this.
