Research, advise and secretarial work pertaining to several legal matters.
The number of organisations, companies and individuals who have either robbed, defamed or provided poor customer service to my company has grown to a point that it is time to take action, I'm just too busy to deal with it myself.
Work will involve my communication of numerous issues to you, for your research and advice prior to action.
Your submission of telephone and written complaints to those organisations, companies and individuals involved.
Your submission of complaints to governing bodies such as the insurance / financial ombudsman / FCA IOPC etc
Your management of those complaints
Initiation of court proceeding against between 3 and 5 organisations / companies involved
Ongoing Secretarial Work
