I need answers to TRADEMARK applications for the USPTO.com as they have strict rules and do not allow a foreign application unless it is through a US registered attorney ...
Questions as follows :
1.
"What happens if an individual (foreigner!) applies for a TM ... without a registerd attorney ???
2.
will they (USPTO) accept the application SUBJECT TO US finding an attorney ORRRRR
3.
Will they NOT recognise the original application UNTIL we nominate an attorney!
I need answers to these 3 questions.
