My name is Mohammad Ahmed and I am a disabled veteran as defined under USC Title 38.
I have been discriminated against in America because of my name. I believe my name pops up on many watch lists and programs so when I do banking or transfer money it is sometimes met with loss of funds or misappropriation and violation of rights.
When I come home from overseas I am continuously sent to secondary screening so they can investigate more of who I am. Department of Homeland Security violates my civil rights and the Privacy Act of 1974 on many occasions with many instances.
I am looking for someone who can help me research and write a Federal Complaint Against the Department of Homeland Security, Chase Bank, Citibank that i will present Pro Se.
Knowledge of Writing Law and Research is a must.
I cannot keep living like this Please Help.
