I'm seeking assistance to gather legal cases from Franklin County, Ohio, the Ohio Tenth District Appellate Court, and the Ohio Supreme Court.

These cases should demonstrate the dismissal of custody cases due to lack of due process service after an emergency custody order was denied.

Requirements:
- Cases can be from any timeframe
- A summary of each case is needed, along with the full case texts
- The more cases, the better (more than 10 preferred)
