Legal Research - AUSTRALIAN case law

I am looking for a legal researcher with expertise in Australian Family Law.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Australian Family Law and relevant legislation
- Experience in conducting legal research and analyzing case law
- Ability to provide both case summaries and detailed analysis
- Familiarity with both recent and older cases in Family Law


The chosen freelancer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on Australian Family Law, providing both case summaries and detailed analysis. The research should cover both recent and older cases.

This project requires a meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the nuances of Australian Family Law. The freelancer should be able to present the research findings in a clear and concise manner.

More specifically, I am looking for a legal researcher (since legal advice is not being requested, a paralegal, or even a legal student is fine).

I am looking to obtain details of AUSTRALIAN cases whereby the phrase "no less than" has been defined... in the following order of preference:
a. family law orders;
b. contract law generally; or (failing that)
c. in a broader context.

This is in the context of a particular requirement needing to be met, such as hair follicle testing, supervision, sobriety, etc.
