I am seeking a legal expert who can assist with the business registration of my already established company in Mexico City, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in ensuring compliance with local laws
- Assist with tax registration, SAT and social security filings and resolving any related issues

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Mexican business law
- Prior experience with business registration in Mexico
- Excellent understanding of tax laws
- Proficient in contract drafting and review
- Capable of providing sound legal consultation

The company will be registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC).

Monthly representation is needed for SAT and social security
