Legal Protection for Shopify Brand

Hi...I have a one product shopify store, selling window curtains... after my research, still no patent for this item, but i want to be protected from any trouble with regards to my website content copyright, and no anyone in future come and tell me he is the patent of this product, and also im thinking to make my own brand and add my logo to the product .. i need a lawyer attorney to start the steps of protecting my website, brand from any illegal troubles .. thanks
