Legal Professional( US LICENSED) Required for Social Media App
Budget: $200 – $350 USD
I am seeking an experienced legal professional to draft essential legal documents for an upcoming social media platform. Only individuals will be considered—no agencies. The required documents include, but are not limited to:
Terms of Service (TOS) / User Agreement
Privacy Policy
End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Content Moderation Policy
The full list of required documents will be provided to candidates who submit complete proposals and meet the needs of the project.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
-Active U.S. Bar License in good standing (strict requirement)
-Located in the U.S. or have resided in the U.S. for at least 5 years
-Sufficient experience and understanding of technology law, intellectual property, business law, and privacy law, with the ability to draft relevant agreements and policies for tech platforms
-Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively throughout the project
-Relevant certifications and degrees, such as JD, CIPP, LLM, or other related credentials
-Must be willing to sign an NDA before the project begins
-The ideal candidate will also be considered for future legal projects within the venture
Project Parameters:
-Timeline: The project must be completed within 14-21 days from the start date.
-Budget: $200-$350—strict adherence to the budget is required.
-Must meet the deadlines and stay within budget without exception.
Proposal Requirements:
-Experience: Years of legal practice and areas of expertise, particularly in technology law and digital platforms
-App Development Experience: Prior experience working with app developers, especially in the social media or entertainment sectors
-Certifications & Degrees: Relevant certifications or degrees (JD, CIPP, LLM, etc.)
-Business Experience: Experience working with startups or small businesses, with an approach to supporting new ventures
-Licensing Information: Details on active U.S. license status, jurisdictions, and whether actively practicing or non-practicing but maintaining an active bar membership
