Legal Notice Preparation for a UK client

Hey there! can you help us with a client's request? One of our clients is looking for preparation of a legal notice based on the UK laws. The details of the incident have been mentioned in the URL mentioned at the bottom of the ads. However, some details need to be added in order to make legal sense out of it. We would expect the freelancer to have basic understanding of the UK law and ideally, should be based in the UK too.
Please see the client notes, "we have discussed the case with the citizen advice bureau of the United Kingdom to draft a legal notice. While they said there are multiple laws which are applicable to this case, one of them is the Consumer Rights Act 2015. There are multiple other laws related to mis-selling, aggressive selling, customer harassment etc, but there was no opportunity to discuss those.”
