Legal Instructional Designer for Personal Injury Law Firm
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are seeking an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in the legal field to help create an engaging and effective eLearning course for our law firm. This course will teach all of the programs and processes around working a case from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing e-learning courses, developing interactive content, and having a deep understanding of legal concepts and terminology.
Responsibilities:
** Develop comprehensive training modules tailored to legal professionals
** Create interactive and engaging e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
** Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of legal content
** Design assessments and quizzes to measure learning outcomes
** Ensure all training materials are compliant with legal standards and regulations
** Deliver eLearning courses in SCORM format
Requirements:
** Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in the legal field
** Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, etc.)
** Strong understanding of legal concepts and terminology
** Excellent communication and collaboration skills
** Portfolio of previous work in legal training or education
** Prior experience in the legal field (attorney, paralegal, legal support staff, etc) is required.
