I need legal assistance regarding a lawsuit from a retirement home where my mother resided. This home has embezzled payments and failed to document them correctly. They are attempting to sue my mother and I, and I'm seeking help with multiple aspects of this case:

- Filing a complaint against the retirement home for their actions.

In fact they did not have working AC and kept residents in their rooms. I believe the Landlord tenant law would play into affect here and not having proper heat &AC.
