Legal Expert for Contract Review

I am seeking a proficient Contract Lawyer to review our service contract within the Finance and Accounting Services industry. It is a 2 page contract between my company (based in GA) and another company (based in FL). Specifically looking for review/guidance on jurisdiction as we are in different states, and any other legal recommendations upon review of the contract. It is a contract where my company is providing them with a service.
