Key tasks include:
- Drafting a strike-off application.
- Appearing in court on my behalf.
Background:
- Defendant No 2a to c was granted to file a written statement in 2024 after a writ of summons was served in 1993. a 30 years delay - mere settlement and negotiations cannot be a ground for a defendant to not file a ws
- Defendant No 1 filed a witness statement without vacating the ex parte order after selling his share to a company owned by his sons.

in 2024 the d2atoc some how managed to vacate the exparte order and file the ws but failed instead the ws was filed by d1
who never filed an application to vacate the exparte passed in 2019 against all
the same d1 has sold his share to a company called citilive infra llp
now the d2 also has lost the right to file a ws
