My business has around 40 statements of claim to create, much can be templated.
These are statements of claims that need to be drafted and all the supporting evidence annexed for similar matters within the same contract.
I am looking for experienced writers who have followed the legal process through drafting, service, the final judgment, and all of the various administrative components and filing that come with litigation and statements of claim.
What is pertinent is being able to have enough base understanding of the actions and the motions and then repeat them with MS word.
These will go to a local Australian Law firm who will be the solicitor on record and give the Barrister the best chance of having the strongest understanding of the particular case.
