I am seeking a legal expert to help me generate a set of crucial legal documents and agreements for my real estate disrupter project.
Key Deliverables:
- Sale and Purchase Agreement
- Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Terms of Use Agreement
I am looking for a professional with extensive experience in real estate law and contract drafting. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven track record in creating similar agreements
- Knowledge of the legal implications in the real estate industry
- Ability to convey complex legal jargon in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
We're looking to start an alternative to the current real estate process.
Obviously the system needs a licensed real estate agent to make a sale, or the vendor can sell themselves.
We aim to be in the middle of these, not exactly taking work from agents and not making a vendor sell themselves either.
Real estate is essentially a marketing business and we plan to own this section by creating processes.
We are early stage and require a discrete path to launch. We are also open to offering equity in exchange for services rendered.
So, what do we need?
Well, we aren't real estate agents and we'd prefer no to be. However, we do plan to be an alternative to using a real estate agent....per se.
Real estate agents will still be used to close the deal. We need legal advice and documents that make this process...legal and cover us from any wrong doing.
We also need a contract agreement created that is like a real estate agreement that states the vendor will use us exclusively.
