I need. Legal document drawn up contract for my landlord and I the tenant saying she will pay back rent that was paid in advance from March 2022- October 2022 $1200 a month for 7 months totaling $8,400 plus $1800 security deposit plus $1226 in damages/losses to tenant due to Landlords negligence.
