Legal Counsel Needed for Contract Review

I'm seeking a mid-market small firm, ideally located in Mumbai or another metro, to assist with the review of commercial contracts. The ideal firm will have 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial law, and be able to provide insightful, thorough reviews of my contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with Indian commercial laws
- Provide recommendations for modifications or improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial law
- Proven track record with contract review
- Located in Mumbai or another major metro
- Mid-market small firm (5-6 people) preferred
- Ability to provide insightful recommendations
