Legal Contract For Employees

I am needing a legal contract made for employees. I run a webcam service and would like to have my models agree to a contract with me as well as other marketing sites they have agreed to already with me.
Pretty simple, some of the points would be
Agree to only doing modeling or online cam streaming services for Creative Networking Studios. As well after termination from Creative Networking Studios you agree to not continue the same work or use any identity, web promotion etc made by Creative Networking Studios
Agree to pay X% of Profits from sells to Creative Networking Studios, for payment of promotions, equipment, studio etc etc
All employees agree to create new content for viewers and maintain healthy communcation with followers and social media.
