I am looking for a freelancer to create a liability waiver or contract that applies globally.
Skills and experience required:

- Ability to create a comprehensive and legally binding document from scratch
Specific requirements:
- Create a liability waiver or contract that covers all potential liabilities and protects both parties involved
- Ensure that the contract is enforceable in multiple jurisdictions
- Provide legal advice on which jurisdictions should be considered in the contract
- Include any specific clauses or provisions that may be required
