Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified legal professional with experience in U.S. and Arizona state law to provide legal advice and structure guidance for a new sweepstakes business that focuses on supporting local Arizona charities and small businesses.

Our goal is to operate a charitable sweepstakes platform (similar to Prizeo) where participants can donate for a chance to win prizes. We need to ensure our business model complies with U.S. federal laws and Arizona state regulations governing sweepstakes, gaming, and charitable promotions.

Key Project Requirements is Business Structure and Registration

Legal Entity Formation:
Advice on structuring as a for-profit company, considering options like an LLC or Benefit Corporation to reflect our community-focused mission.
