Legal Billing Assistence

I am in need of assistance with generating invoices for a legal billing project. I do not have a preferred software for generating invoices and I am open to suggestions. This is a one-time project where I need invoices generated for one particular matter. I need someone to help with legal billing for one matter in particular on either a flat fee basis or hourly basis.
