Myself Valentine, residing in the state 9of Victoria, AUSTRALIA.
I am going to get married in the Thailand with my fiance'. She will then move to Australia and apply for a partner visa.
I have savings, one property and one car that I would like to protect in case things go wrong.
I have no kids, she has 3 kids that will be leaving with her family in the Thailand, not Australia.
We have never lived together for a significant time.
So I need certificate of independent legal advice and notarisation of prenup agreement.
Please let me know how i can get all these stuff done.
