Legal Aid: Stay of Motion Submission

I require an experienced legal assistant to help me understand the process, draft and file a Stay of Motion in a civil proceeding linked to a criminal matter. I am the plaintiff in a car accident case in Broward, Florida and I have all the necessary information and evidence on hand.

Ideal skills and experiences for this job will include:

- In-depth knowledge of civil proceeding terminologies and court filing procedures;
- Strong legal drafting skills, particularly in drafting stay of motion documents;
- Experience in assisting clients with filing documents with the court;
- Familiarity with Broward, Florida court procedures and local laws;(E-filing)
- Willingness to explain legal terminologies and court processes.
