Two Proposed Statement of Claim to be served on the defendant, one is for damages for personal injury on the basis of medical negligence relating to my daughter. And the second proposed statement of claim is for myself and my wife for defamation. The proposed separate pleadings are to be served upon the defendant’s solicitors for the court to consider whether leave to file the documents (i.e. proposed statement of claim) will be granted during hearing. I am happy to pay $200 - 250 dollars if I see sample of your work relating to statement of claim for personal injury and defamation.
