Legal Agreement between Promoter and Celebrity

I am lookng for a legal professional to draft an agreement between a Promoter and a celebrity. The agreement will need to deal with IP ownership, licencing, term and renewal, obligations of the celebrity to perform certain services, termination, rights of either party to purchase IP, revenue sharing arrangement and other customary terms in such an agreement.
