I need a solicitor or advocate, to close a partnership in Srinagar, Kashmir, India.
Its is relatively straight forward, but as I can't travel due to COVID-19, need someone to do it on my behalf -
1) prepare a statutory declaration to get my Srinagar partner to sign. I'll prepare draft using Microsoft Word. You need to review and formalise to India requirements
2) The only asset in the partnership is a houseboat. You will need to obtain a fair market valuation. I'll advise how to do this
Please note this non-adversarial. It needs to be done for legal reasons. My Kashmiri partner is fully co-operative.
