Legal Advise ( SAFE note )
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We close pre-seed investment round with 3 angel investor ( 100K USD - each one pay 33333 USD ) as a SAFE note and one of them represented them and he transfer the amount and they wrote an internal contract between them
now they want to invest 100K but they want to invest directly themselves
Shall we issue a new SAFE note ( 66,666 USD ) for each and they will transfer only 33,333?
and we can give them letter to sign that the previous transfer from the first investor is a joint transfer between them
