I am trying to figure out what I can sue my mom for. Specifically, I want to determine if I can sue
her and how I can make her hand over the money without jumping through hoops. My main goal
is to sue my mom for the following: she made a verbal agreement and contract that I would
receive $240,000 if my stepfather died, regardless of life insurance. However, I only received
$80,000 USD, and I want the remaining $160,000 USD. All incidents occurred in Texas, where I
currently reside.
1. Previously, she gave me my firearm around Jan 1, 2024, before I left for the Philippines,
with the agreement that she would return it upon my return. I came back approximately
