I have signed a contract with a Polish company.
I had to make an animated corporate video that costs 3000 euro.
They have sent me an advance of 50% and that same day asked me to put the project on hold via whatsapp.
The official reason was that they need to rethink the script and then come back to me. That was in June.
A few days ago they asked me to send back the advance, also via whatsapp.
In the contract it was mentioned that all official communication must be through emails.
I need a legal advice on how to keep the advance and push the company to proceed with the project.
I will send the contract to a person who can help with this matter.
