I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with the layoffs in my company. The specific assistance needed includes notifying the impacted employees of the layoff.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating layoff plans and executing them effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide emotional support to employees during this difficult time
In terms of legal aspects, we have a legal team in place, so the freelancer will not be the primary legal advisor. However, having knowledge of labor laws and regulations would be beneficial.
The number of employees affected by the layoffs is less than 10.
