Layer for car ownership dispute

The ownership of 5 vehicles were transferred from one company ("1st Company" - in voluntary administration) to another ("2nd company") via a Deed of Company Arrangement (DoCA). The 2nd company then sold the vehicles to a third company. The 2nd company subsequently was put into liquidation. The Vicroads registration of none of the vehicles were ever transferred from the 1st company to the 2nd company (or the 3rd). Although the 3rd company can prove ownership via the DoCA and subsequent sales agreement, we (the ownersof 3rd company) need top somehow transferthe ownership. We need legal advice & guidance
