Lawyer required to sue developer in Lahore, Pakistan

Job ID: 32923860

Budget: $750 – $1,500 SGD

I require a lawyer to sue my developers for breach of contract, disruption to business, emotional distress, intimidation. I'm a private limited company from South East Asia.

Some of the following questions i already have an answer to them, but I still leave them out just to check if you can even be transparent to me first. I would zoom into to concentrate talking to those that can be detailed oriented in their communication. it makes no sense to go into details of the case with dozens of lawyers if I have not established basic information about them and if I even find them suitable from the initial assessment. if you still insist, then you probably don't understand how i think then you probably won't have chemistry. and if you cannot even be detailed oriented, how can I trust you to win?

Please begin by establishing your credentials first.
Your LinkedIn profile, lawyer ID etc, area of focus, which firm are you with and its website if any.

Next please tell me your fees.

if you are from a different city, have you fought a lawsuit in Lahore and what challenges do you foresee and any consideration for me?

Next, please share some of your similar cases, involving foreigners. which industry are they from? some of the challenges or inconveniences you think you will foresee. next are some examples of small businesses. my startup is pre-revenue. I know how much damages are in the end up to the court. but you have to show me how you tackle that, how you come up with numbers. If all you can tell me is you will sue for damages which I already know, as compared to another lawyer that can tell me how much, how, why. Whom do you think I will speak more to and am likely to eventually hire?

All these I believe can be provided with some assumptions and reasons for assumptions without a lot of back and forth. I spoke to lawyers that seem indecisive and untransparent. that is not the type of lawyer I think I can count on. if you cannot know how to read between the lines, size up your clients' ask, style of looking at things or even realise you are asking me to among dozens of proposals to talk to you about later hiring you when you cannot show you are any different from them or know what I am looking for, then you are just wasting your credits.

I have a lot of proposals to speak to. no one is telling me why I should speak to them instead of the others, is something they seem to forget
