Lawyer needed to work for a LTD company

Since the month of July, I've been having several problems in which I'm sure I should have already filed a lawsuit against my landlord for neglecting my housing situation and making my tenancy a real nightmare and many other problems involving my company and myself. I need someone with efficient trust that understands very well the current laws. And that you can take part in me and defend myself personally and my company. I need a person to follow along if possible. Because each week is a new issue and I don't have the time to search for someone different for every one of them. The ideal would be someone I can pay monthly to have as an advisor/solicitor/lawyer...
