We need a lawyer in legal and tax matters of the business.
The company is still small but it is in a very interesting sustained growth, we are looking for a lawyer who works for 5% of the gross monthly income to be agreed only for the service of legal advice and review of documents as a contractor. (drafting, paperwork, and other services apart from advice and review we are willing to pay separately)
With the current monthly income, he would be receiving about 100 US$ per month for occasional consultations.
This amount will grow depending on the growth of the company.
