I own the website Godless.com and I have been creating different book series based IN my IP and universe. Here's the thing, different authors write stories within my universe (kind of like a TV show). That said, they get the most of the royalties for their (90/10 split) stories (books). Even though I am the publisher, I am also the CREATOR of the IP.
I want an agreement that stipulates that,
While the different authors have full ownership of their ONE OFF stories,
They own 0% of the IP, the universe and the characters from the universe that were created by me.
That said, I can't whereas I can't sell their stories (that they have 100% ownership of) to other mediums like TV or film without their permission, I can sell the IP as a whole.
