Lawyer Wanted

I am looking for a Lawyer who could preferably work for Contingency or a fair hourly rate.
Have someone that is currently trying to sue me for erroneous claims. They will have no documentation to back up any of their claims because they have been fabricated. We have prepared documents for a counterclaim that will be around $800,000. There is also going to be another civil suit to follow for a criminal investigation that is being conducted for punitive damages against this business and directors.
