We are seeking your legal help to close this loan. The lender is asking us to pay $1,200 in upfront payments for the loan insurance and registration costs before we receive the loan. The lender told us there is NO more payments required from us BEFORE the loan gets transferred and deposited into our bank in Canada. We asked the lender if they would sign a guarantee letter from our lawyer to make this payment arrangement final, binding and legal and they said they will consider it.
So we request you to help us with such a document for them to sign and confirm the fees of $1,200 as the only upfront payment they want from us BEFORE we receive the loan.
