I'm seeking the services of a qualified lawyer to act as the settlor for a discretionary trust. The primary purpose of this trust is to provide for a disabled person who is currently has entitlements.
The trust deeed is created which you can check and verify correct, so it's just a case of using your name/credentials/UK address/or UK C/O address/Tel for the deed to bonify it.
