Lawyer - Legal suit against IndusInd Bank
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I took the travel card from IndusInd bank, withdrew Euro 400 in Spain and the money went back in the ATM because the dispenser was not visible and neither was it labelled for any sign/information.
I have been following up with the bank for past 3 months and the TAT was 30 days. I wish to file a suit for refund and damages.
