Lawyer Certification

I have a very specific need. I need a reference from a Lawyer with a registered email contact... whereby the ID department of an airline will contact, to ask directly for a Lawyer Certification confirming the self employed status of an independent contractor between dates , of last 5 years etc.
In total, it would be a 1 letter of reference / Lawyer Certification .. stamped & provided through email, before Oct 25th. Once the ID department of the Airline company contacts you to request this information, you would send it directly to them.
In order for it to be considered valid it would need to come from a registered email & the Lawyer reference would need to be stamped and dated, produced ASAP, before deadline of Oct 25th.
