The project requires very low time commitment, which means it is a perfect fit even for those with busy schedules. I have been looking for variety of business address (legal address) providers in Latvia but the main problem I am all the time facing is that they require too high minimum subscription period to hire the address and to pay for it with no refund if address would be used fewer quantity of months. E.g. majority of business address providers in Latvia want five months minimum to hire the address, meaning initial payment is required to be 5 times or more (often 12 times for entire year) of monthly rate and this is of course by far above my budget. I do not know for how long I will be using (hiring) this address and that is why I want to be paying per month, meaning I pay for each month separately only if I want to continue having business address used (hired) by me.
Approximate maximum monthly payment I am willing to pay for hiring the real physical Latvian business address (legal address) is around 20 eur. Minor difference can apply.

It is very important that you agree and allow me to register a company on this business address - a company can be verified by you once registered. Also important that the address can legally be used.
In large majority of times, probably every time, you will be able to see on the envelope who is a sender, e.g. ur.gov.lv, etc.
I have no way to estimate how many envelopes will arrive to this address, mostly a paperwork from ur.gov.lv, might be international entities (particularly European Commission), and/or particularly Latvian financial institutions. It is up to you to decide if you are willing to provide me a scanning service of paperwork (always both pages of papers: front and back side) and email it to me, or if you can only internationally forward it to my chosen country which I disclose on your request.
No personal visits from me! So I am NOT looking for virtual office; but for business address that I can legally use (if I get your agreement) to register Latvian company as a non-resident. However, if you have any connections with virtual offices and know someone who could help with monthly subscription prices to hire address then please let me know. I will definitely need scanning and emailing service and/or international physical mailing service (dhl, fedex, gls, and so on).
Please note that it might be hard for me, also might require fee to be paid by me, if I would have to change the address so it is really important that you provide the business address that you can access 100% sure for at least next half year. I want to be sure that you would not tell me a week or few weeks later, whenever, that you cannot access particular physical business address anymore so please when and if you give it, make sure you will not be changing it for any reason, e.g. that you are moving to different city/country, that others need it, etc.
If you have access to any business address in Latvia, under the condition that you are resident in this same city, preferably Riga, could be other large city too, and willing to provide this service to let me hire the address then please let me know.
Clearly inform me how would your pricing structure look like which probably depends on also how far address is from you: e.g. cost per your each pick up of envelope, cost per scanning, cost per quantity of papers, cost per potential international envelope reforwarding, etc.
I need to repeat again that I do not know in advance how many visits will I need from you (quantity of pick ups of envelopes) because I cannot estimate how many times will I receive anything by mail. It can be twice or price per month. It can be maximum one per week. Perhaps three times per half year. I do not know but I pay per month regardless how many visits you do. It is up to you how would you structure the charges of pick ups, scanning, etc. Depending on how close the address is for you, each pick up (each visit) probably takes few minutes of your time so please keep in mind this when suggesting the cost of your fees.
