We are in search of a knowledgeable landlord attorney to assist me on a retainer basis. Expertise in landlord-tenant law, particularly in Washington State and its city ordinances, is crucial. The scope of the project includes:
Responsibilities:
- Legal Document Review: This includes lease agreements, eviction notices, security deposit documentation, and guides I've created for insight and edits.
- Legal Services: Assistance clarifying inquiries, drafting responses, and reviewing guides/procedures documents.
- Law Clarification: Help to understand various aspects of landlord-tenant laws, including but not limited to eviction protocols, rent control ordinances, and maintenance and repair obligations.
- Draft legal responses and rebuttals, such as responding to legal demands from tenants or other parties.
- Offer legal feedback, clarity, and guidance on a variety of issues related to the business
- Ability to draft (copywrite) arguments and legal documents needed
