LLC Setup in Vietnam
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking to establish a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in Vietnam. The industry my LLC will operate in is providing employees to the parent company in another country (Australia). I am in need of comprehensive legal documentation assistance for the company setup.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in setting up LLCs in Vietnam, particularly in the services industry. This going through the IRC through to commencement (i.e. bank account openings, etc)
- Expertise in Vietnamese business laws and regulations.
- Experience in providing complete legal documentation assistance for company formation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide me through the process.
