LLC Formation - Indiana

Quick project: I need an LLC formed in Indiana. The articles of Organization are already filled out.
Here is what I’m looking for:
1.) Review articles of organization
2.) Sign as an organizer
3.) Send me the documents for approval
4.) Once approved, file the documents with the Secretary of State
5.) Done
Estimated time: 10-20 minutes
Indiana doesn’t require members or managers of the LLC to be publicly listed, only an organizer’s signature is required. Filing myself would display my name as an organizer on the public records and I would lose the privacy and asset protection I’m looking for.
Once the LLC is active you will have NO ownership, management, or any control over the LLC. You are only acting as an organizer. You will NOT be a member or manager of this LLC.
