LLC Dissolution Filing Assistance

I’m ready to wind down my U.S.-based LLC, which is currently in good standing. No bank account in the country or assets. What I do need is a qualified accountant (or similarly credentialed professional) who knows the dissolution process inside and out and can take the paperwork off my plate.
