LAO Operative Agreement Wyoming serial LLC

I need to update an operative agreement for a Wyoming serial LLC working as a LAO (Limited Liability Autonomous Organization). We have the basic agreement but we would like to adapt it to our needs: private tokenized investment club. We will be investing in any asset, but all investment decisions will be taken by all the members and we will not have any USA member, restrictions in the transfer of the token, KYC could be required any time, etc... We need the operative agreement in English and translated into Spanish.
