I am threatened to be arrested in cease and desist letter.
County commissioner said I have the right to go to my property.

Homes owners association bought land, sub divided it, did not inform me , or that they were going to land lock me, and change access road, as the real road access cannot be found and I found fence .. that should not be there. The road is gone
Everyone in Ranches I have agreed access even thru where the 2,500 acres was sold , sub divided, and roads changed.. to get to my land. It is the law.
And electronic gate I do not have code to. man who bought my land gave me his code for 3 years, now its changed, Now sheriff said call them or ems to get gate code. Than I got letter of cease and desist. Only 4 people live out there, on new Association land ? All ranches of the Old Quihi Rd, that has been that since 1800's, has always been able to go to water and my place.. The past 4 yrs its been a night mare.
I have a right to the water, and so does everyone else, as the road when all through that so called sub division. It is all bought by rich men to be able to sell later for more money. I have been there 22 yrs.. The gates in placed 2018 out of the blue, and 2029 road is gone.
Old Quihi Rd is same road they are calling Pr 2537 ? My address now as of sept 18 2020 is now on my taxes and ems. The only was I can access my land. I want access to my land legally and no more games.
