Kentucky Registered Agent Service
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am forming a single–member LLC in Kentucky on my own and simply need a legally compliant Registered Agent. You must have a real, physical street address in Kentucky that you are authorized to use for this purpose—no PO Boxes or virtual-only maildrops.
What I’ll handle myself
– All formation paperwork, filing fees, EIN, banking, bookkeeping, and ongoing compliance.
– Listing you only as “Registered Agent”; you will not appear as a member or manager and will have no control over my business accounts.
What I need from you
• Your valid US/Kentucky street address, which will be placed on the Articles of Organization.
• Acceptance of official and legal mail from the Kentucky Secretary of State, IRS, or courts.
• Prompt forwarding of that mail to me via emailed scans (my preferred method).
• A reliable point of contact for any urgent notices (emergency contact services).
• Service available for one year with the option to renew annually.
How the address will be used
1. Registered Agent address on state records.
2. Business verification with Shopify Payments / Stripe if they request confirmation.
No other services—compliance alerts, filings, banking introductions, etc.—are required.
If you can meet these conditions and are comfortable being publicly listed as my Registered Agent in Kentucky, please let me know the following:

– Typical turnaround time for scanning and emailing received documents.
– Your annual fee and renewal procedure.
