I have a complete copy of my state-court case file—including the pleadings, orders, and the final judgment—and I need a sitting or retired judge to review that material, confirm that the record reflects the judgment as entered, and then place your judicial signature on a short verification statement.
The sole purpose is official verification; I am preparing a follow-on filing in a higher court and must attach a judge-signed statement attesting that the enclosed judgment is the true and final order issued below. I am not asking for a new ruling—just your confirmation, in your capacity as a judge, that the judgment I provide is accurate and complete.
You will receive:
• PDF bundle of all relevant docket entries and the stamped judgment from the state court.
• A draft one-page verification form that you may edit for accuracy before signing.
Deliverable:
• The signed verification returned to me in PDF form (scanned signature acceptable if accompanied by an electronic signature certification).
Turnaround of one week is ideal. Please confirm your judicial status in your response so I can comply with my appellate timetable.
